On the afternoon of April 13, 2019, the first session of the 2019 "Comprehensive Management Skills Enhancement for Management Cadres" training session of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical was held as scheduled in the conference room on the sixth floor of the company. Liang Yinan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Lishui Vocational and Technical College, was invited to attend the management training class of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical and delivered a special training lecture themed "Progressing with the Times · Growing with the Enterprise" for all middle and senior management personnel of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical.

Secretary Liang, starting from the comparison of economic development between China and Japan, and the reflections on the international and domestic economic patterns, focused on four chapters: socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era, the development stage of China's economy from the Sino-Japanese comparison perspective, the corporate mission in the new stage, and the requirements for managers in enterprise development under the new era. He addressed issues such as the common challenges faced by enterprises in the new era, talent training, and employee requirements, combined with enterprise operation and management, cited classics, and with rich theoretical knowledge and flexible teaching methods, made in-depth and simple analysis of knowledge points, providing guidance on the standing and responsibility of enterprise managers.

Enterprises need to progress with the times, and employees need to grow together with the enterprise.

The virtue of the mean is the highest. Secretary Liang explained the essence of the Chinese traditional culture of the mean in a simple and understandable way by combining "contention and concession, public and private, maintaining integrity and innovation" with practical examples in the daily management of the college.

At the two sessions in 2018, General Secretary Xi emphasized that "development is the primary task, talent is the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force". Talent is the primary resource for enterprise development. As managers of Benefit, with the progress and development of the times, they should constantly think, summarize and innovate, integrate the Benefit spirit into their blood, timely calibrate the standard of thought, adjust the rudder of behavior, tighten the string of work style, and loyally perform the duties entrusted by the enterprise. They should continuously adapt to the new requirements in the new era and enterprise development, progress with the times, and grow together with the enterprise.
