Learning is an eternal topic; one should keep learning throughout their life. The development of any enterprise or individual is inseparable from learning. You can refuse to learn, but your competitors will not. Training conforms to the development trend of society. At the work deployment meeting at the beginning of 2017, the General Manager's Office proposed to establish an internal trainer team, enabling more people who love learning to break through and improve themselves through this platform. By the end of February, 19 people had voluntarily applied to participate. On the evening of the 28th, the company held the inauguration ceremony of the first internal trainer team. A competition was held at the end of March, and the top 8 contestants became the first batch of internal trainers, while the remaining members were included in the training program.

To become a qualified and excellent trainer, all members have clearly formulated phased learning and reading plans. They are divided into "Benefit Team" and "菲特 Team" for PK, with grouped supervision implemented to share plans, actions, and achievements. Mr. Jin Yong once said, "As long as there are books to read, life is happy." Reading enriches and brings happiness to our lives; it matures and healthy our thoughts. "Love reading, read good books, know how to read, read more", "Let the fragrance of books fill the charm of life". It is believed that our lives will be colorful because of reading, and our lives will be wonderful because of reading! The general manager presented all members with the recommended books for 2017: *Work with Positive Energy* and *The Spirit of Craftsmanship*.

Finally, General Manager Wu shared the original intention, ideas, current mood, insights, and determination behind the establishment of the internal trainer team. He also proposed an agreement of "never leave, never give up" (all members will not leave the trainer team, and all members will not give up learning), hoping that through the experience of the trainer team, each member will show a different self.
