Effective communication is the foundation for building team cohesion and an enterprise's core competitiveness. To further help everyone improve communication skills and communicate more effectively with leaders, colleagues, cross-departmental partners, and customers, on May 25th, Benefit Pharmaceutical launched the fourth session of the management cadre training course "Effective Communication - The Art of Speaking". This course was taught by Chen Feng, Deputy General Manager of Marketing in the Pharmaceutical Sector, and hosted by Hu Lizhen, Administrative Director.

Introduction Before Class

The training started with the group psychological interaction "Paper Talk Game". Director Hu guided each group of students to tear paper as required with fixed words. Eventually, each student tore out different patterns through their own different understandings of the requirements. Through simple and in-depth explanations, everyone's awareness of the importance of communication skills in work was deepened, and it was further understood that different positions and inaccurate communication methods would lead to different work results.

Communication Training

Being good at thinking and having good communication skills can make one more comfortable in the workplace. The speaker Chen Feng conducted in-depth explanations from the concept, methods, objects, and occasions of communication, and helped everyone understand and master communication skills by sharing some practical cases. Chen Feng emphasized that true communication is not only about delivering information but also about building trust and understanding. At the same time, he also shared some practical communication skills, such as listening, observing micro-actions and micro-expressions, using questions to assist speaking, expressing, and giving feedback, to help students better cope with workplace communication challenges.

This training made all employees of the company realize the importance of efficient communication, master win-win communication strategies and communication skills to enhance interpersonal connections, thus making cross-departmental communication, communication with superiors and subordinates more smooth. It is believed that through this training, each employee can make good use of communication tools in future work, further improve interpersonal relationship handling ability, establish a harmonious and positive interpersonal atmosphere, and help the organization build a healthy and upward corporate culture.
