On the morning of November 8, 2017, Hong Liya, President of Zhejiang Institute for Food and Drug Control, led a delegation to visit Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical for research and guidance, accompanied by Chen Qinming, Director of Lishui Institute of Quality Inspection, and Tian Xiaolong, Director of Lishui Market Supervision Bureau.

Accompanied by the company's senior leaders, President Hong and her entourage visited various production workshops and laboratories of the enterprise, gaining an in-depth understanding of the production, research and development, and quality control of the enterprise's traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules.

At the symposium, the Deputy General Manager of the pharmaceutical company gave a detailed report on the enterprise overview, formula granule quality standards, process standard research, production quality management, and determination of heavy metal arsenic salts.

After listening to the report, President Hong stated that as the Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Health Product Safety Research Association, this research mainly focused on various issues of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. Together with the Municipal Institute for Drug Control and the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, she visited enterprises to promote the Zhejiang Innovation-Driven Assistance Project, provide services to grassroots and enterprises, and help industrial development. She also highly recognized the standardization and innovation reflected in Benefit Pharmaceutical's scientific research work in the field of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, saying that it is a kind of inheritance and development.

During the symposium, experts from the Institute for Drug Control and quality management personnel of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on issues such as the source of individual raw medicinal materials, reference medicinal materials, and reference substances.
