The Second Management Meeting of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. in 2017 and the Themed Debate on "Work Enthusiasm & Sense of Achievement"

In the autumn wind with red leaves and the fragrance of osmanthus, on October 28, 2017, the Second Management Meeting of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. in 2017 and the themed debate on "Work Enthusiasm & Sense of Achievement" was held in Ruoliao Town, Songyang County. The meeting had two agendas: 1. Morning: Themed debate on "Work Enthusiasm & Sense of Achievement"; 2. Afternoon: Training on "Interpretation of Industry Policies and Basic Financial Knowledge".

With sharp words and eloquent speeches, ideas clashed and thoughts flew.

The 14 management personnel participating in the debate were divided into two groups by drawing lots before the meeting, named "Striving Group" and "Surpassing Group" respectively. Three debaters from each group were randomly selected at the venue.

After the host announced the start of the competition, all members of both groups first made 5-minute statements of their views. In the cross-examination session, debaters from both sides refused to give in, and the intense debate fully unfolded. At the beginning of the free debate, both sides launched a fierce argument, striving to refute each other by seizing loopholes in their arguments.

The intensity of the debate among the debaters was like a replay of history, with thrilling moments that left people amazed. Their statements had distinct viewpoints and sufficient examples, based on solid theoretical knowledge and shared experiences from work and life. A person who actively focuses on a certain work will surely achieve something, and the achievements, like fruits after sowing, bring joy and promote longing for the future. "Positive work creates a sense of achievement" and "a sense of achievement drives work enthusiasm" are both indispensable in our lives, and the balance between them can add more colors to work and life. After half a day of competition, through scoring, the "Striving Group" won the team award of this debate.

A debate brings us not only the result of the competition, but more importantly, in the process of organizing and participating, the debaters have formed an inseparable fighting group, reflecting the spirit of division of labor and cooperation. This activity enriched the management team meeting mode, enlivened the team cultural atmosphere, enhanced the collective sense of honor, and also laid the foundation for meeting the "three highs" standards required for becoming an excellent member of the Benefit management team.

In the afternoon, General Manager Wu Liwei conducted a training session on the theme of "Interpretation of Industry Policies and Basic Financial Knowledge" for all management personnel. Through General Manager Wu's explanation, all management personnel gained a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of various new industry policies in 2017, laying a more solid foundation for adapting to the ever-changing pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, General Manager Wu briefly and concisely explained basic financial knowledge in an all-round way and cited many practical cases, making it easy for all participants to understand. After the training, the managers present all said they had benefited a lot.

With the intense debate and the learning of rich cutting-edge information, the one-day meeting ended with relaxed and cheerful applause.
