To comprehensively improve the level of safety production management, urge personnel at all levels to do a good job in safety production management, eliminate safety production liability accidents, ensure the personal safety of employees and promote the healthy development of the enterprise. In order to implement the work policy of "safety first, prevention first", comprehensively prevent and resolve safety risks and hidden dangers in 2024, mobilize all employees to promote the safety work in the fourth quarter with high standards, and ensure the successful completion of the annual production, operation and safety goals. Benefit Pharmaceutical held the fourth quarter safety production work conference on October 28.

At the beginning of the conference, Director Lou Lianjun, the person in charge of safety, made everyone understand the Safety Production Law more meticulously through in-depth case analysis and data analysis, so as to further enhance safety awareness and standardize safety behaviors in future work.

Safety is everyone's responsibility; no safety matter is trivial, and safety work is an ongoing endeavor. In the safety training, Zhu Meipeng, Director of Production, stated that safety means "being free from danger and completeness without defects", and that safety work should be earnestly carried out with a people-oriented approach. He also deployed a 60-day safety production activity plan, hoping to improve the safety awareness of all employees through activities such as learning, training, inspection, rectification and consolidation, so as to guard the safety gate and keep the safety checkpoint.

Zhang Liyun, Executive President of Benefit Pharmaceutical, delivered an important speech at the end of the training, emphasizing that safety is an eternal theme and a major issue that can never be ignored. Only by always putting safety first can we ensure the unshakable development of Benefit and the health and happiness of all Benefit employees. At the same time, she put forward four requirements for this conference:

1. Clarify the concept of safety production, improve the ideological understanding of all employees, and enhance the safety awareness of all employees.

2. Establish a responsibility system and effectively strengthen the safety responsibility awareness of all Benefit employees.

3. Strengthen inspection efforts to plug hidden danger loopholes.

4. Implement two major measures to effectively ensure the effectiveness of this safety production activity.
