In the golden autumn with osmanthus fragrance, female sci-tech talents at Benefit have reaped abundant happiness and care amidst the refreshing autumn climate. To safeguard the health of entrepreneurial and innovative women, the Lishui Women's Federation and Lishui Association for Women Scientists and Technologists jointly launched the "Female Talent Science Service Series: Health Care Initiative for Technology Enterprises." On October 22, the Lishui Women's Federation and Lishui Association for Women Scientists and Technologists coordinated with Lishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital to dispatch mobile clinics to enterprises, providing professional health examination services for female sci-tech professionals at Benefit Pharmaceutical.

Chen Xiabin, Vice Chairperson of Lishui Women's Federation; Lü Puqi, President of Lishui Association for Women Scientists and Technologists; Yang Mimei, Director-General of the Comprehensive Department of Lishui Women's Federation; Cheng Xiaoyan, Vice President of Lishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital; and Wu Liwei, Executive Director of the company, jointly inaugurated this initiative. In the waiting area, Vice Chairperson Chen, President Lü, and other officials engaged in cordial exchanges with participants, emphasizing the importance of self-care alongside professional dedication. They underscored that robust health is fundamental to maximizing the contributions of female talent.

The expert team from Lishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital conducted meticulous examinations and patiently addressed all inquiries. Vice President Cheng also disseminated knowledge on women's health. Participants gained valuable insights in a relaxed atmosphere, with many female employees expressing enhanced awareness of prioritizing personal health in their professional and daily lives.

Subsequently, a symposium was held to discuss strategies for empowering enterprise innovation, enhancing the cultivation of sci-tech talent, and addressing the production and living conditions of female employees. Vice Chairperson Chen affirmed the commitment to leverage the Federation's strengths in "bridging" resources, addressing the needs of women in science and technology, integrating relevant resources, and building a comprehensive ecosystem for female talent services. She emphasized amplifying the visibility of exemplary women at the forefront of technological innovation. President Lü pledged to strengthen interdepartmental coordination to link entities, core competencies, and resources, thereby enabling female sci-tech professionals across the city to fully realize their potential as a "half of the sky."
