A piece of light music, a book in hand, and a group of readers.

This is a new model launched from the sixth session of our lecturer group. We have abandoned the previous rigid training and started a focused reading mode with the book in our hands that best suits us. The titles of the books are all different, but what is the same is the way we read carefully together. Listening to the melodious and gentle light music, we are immersed in the vast sea of books!

"Reading time is up." As soon as Deputy General Manager Zhang finished speaking, all readers reluctantly put down their books. We knew that as soon as the one-hour reading time was over, our post-reading share time was about to begin. Everyone in the lecturer group actively expressed their thoughts after reading. Among them, Lei Yunjuan left the deepest impression. She brought Be a Woman Who Can Talk, Act and Make Money and explained to everyone present the importance of listening, as well as the four points one needs to do when listening to others. Firstly, be serious and listen carefully to what the other person is saying; secondly, be patient and listen to the other person until they finish; thirdly, respect the content the other person is expounding; fourthly, comfort the other person to calm their unstable emotions. After hearing this, we understood that sometimes listening is more important than expressing.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Wu summarized this reading session with seven questions, leaving us with profound reflections. At the end, General Manager Wu shared a sentence to encourage everyone: If a person does not know what they do not know, there will be no progress.

Reading is the best practice. In this noisy era, let us calm down together and elevate ourselves in the ocean of books.
