The theme of the first training session was The Driving Force for Growth, delivered by Wu Xiaohua, Executive Deputy General Manager.

There are two things in life that cannot be avoided or thrown away: growth and progress. Everyone needs to grow and make progress, so what is the driving force that makes you persist? It is responsibility. There are things that you may not want to do, but you have to do them—that is responsibility. In every role you play, there are responsibilities you need to bear. In the family, you need to take on the responsibility of life as a child or parent; in the company, you need to take on the work responsibility as a leader or employee. Responsibility has been with us since birth, prompting us to progress at all times. Responsibility is great and profound. We should always be diligent and self-motivated, and never be lazy or arrogant. No matter what we do, we should always remind ourselves to be self-disciplined and patient. On the road of growth, responsibility requires us to pay more, and correspondingly, we will make more progress.

Progress is not about pursuing interests. More often, it is about the responsibility on our shoulders, which is also a mission to pursue self-growth. The road to success is destined to be lonely, but it will never be boring. We should strive to become a valuable person, because a valuable you is happier than a rich you.

Never forget why you started, and your mission can be accomplished—Never forget the original intention, then you can always!
