On December 14, 2019, all senior executives of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical, focusing on the company's three-year target plan and combining the status of their own teams, carried out a speech contest with the theme of "Building Team Capability".

The contest was hosted by Hu Lizhen, Director of the Administrative Center. 10 senior executives took the stage one after another in the order of drawing lots. In their speeches, the contestants focused on the theme of "Building Team Capability", combined with their own management experience, management style, and team status, and elaborated on the elements required to build a high-performance team from multiple dimensions. The contestants delivered speeches with vivid and passionate voices, describing the changes and innovations in their management process with their own personal experiences. Their speeches, which had different focuses, unique perspectives, and distinct styles, showed that they not only had a passionate work attitude but also had deep affection and gratitude for the team.

Contestant No. 10 fascinated the audience and benefited them a lot with a novel opening, a calm tone, and vivid descriptions of work.

Contestant No. 7 won bursts of applause and cheers with passionate expressions and rich body language.

After the contest, Chairman Wu Lihua commented on the speech contest. He said that the senior executives of Benefit should have the "three highs" level: "high management, high theory, and high professionalism". The contest is a form. Senior executives should reflect on the ability to build a team through the contest, clarify the direction of building a team in the future, firmly establish the enterprise's "four confidences" (confidence in the system, culture, strategy, and responsibility), combine their work positions, implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and strive to build a strong core team.
