Remain true to the original aspiration, keep the mission in mind, dare to take responsibility, and act proactively. From October 19 to 20, 2019, all senior executives from the four sectors of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical, led by Chairman Wu Lihua, went to Zhailang Village, Qingyuan County, to retrace the Red Army's path of the southwestern Zhejiang revolution and carry out in-depth themed educational activities of "Remaining True to the Original Aspiration and Keeping the Mission in Mind".

At the meeting, all managers, based on the four essential qualities that operators must possess, carried out benchmarking work around the themes of "upholding the original aspiration, undertaking the mission, identifying gaps, and implementing measures".

Chairman Wu Lihua delivered a special report entitled "Remaining True to the Original Aspiration · Loyal to the Mission · Striving for Three Years" at the meeting. Combining the four essential qualities that operators must possess, he stated that Benefit managers should be "missionaries, innovators, leaders, and executors". With the goal of building an ideal Benefit, they should continuously challenge themselves in life, resolutely implement the determined strategies and target tasks for the company's next three years, take respective responsibilities, and integrate vertically and horizontally. They should strive to improve themselves, because only those who desire to improve and are prepared for it have a future!

Chairman Wu Lihua emphasized that senior executives should effectively align their thoughts and actions with Benefit's decision-making and arrangements, set high standards and strict requirements, and earnestly plan, organize, and implement the work well. The work enthusiasm and enterprising spirit inspired by the themed education should inject impetus and vitality into promoting the strategic layout and development of Benefit in the next three years.

On the 20th, all managers, led by the old village head of Zhailang Village, put on Red Army uniforms and retraced the Red Army's path. They listened to the old village head tell the stories of the battles in those years, and visited Huilong Bridge, the site of the Shuikou Battle, the Battle Monument, the Zhailang Battle Command Post, and other places to seek the red memories of the past. The red gene of Zhailang has inadvertently integrated into our blood. The tenacity of fearing no hardships and dangers, and the spirit of sacrificing one's life for justice will lead Benefit people to keep moving forward, remain true to the original aspiration, and march towards the mission!
