Spring is approaching across the land, and the sun and moon usher in a new era. On February 11, 2019, Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical grandly held the 2019 annual work deployment meeting. With the theme of "Innovation, Reform, and Acceleration", this meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work in 2018 and deployed key tasks for 2019.

The meeting first read out Document No. 2019[01] of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical, titled "Notice on the Reform of Personnel and Administrative Institutions and Division of Functions".

6S is a symbol of first-class enterprises. 6S lean management is the key to future competition, a sharp weapon to win in the market, and a mark of the character of first-class enterprises. In order to strengthen the enterprise's quality and safety management and improve the humanistic quality and professional literacy of all staff, in the year of innovation and reform, Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical will implement 6S+ management in all sectors in 2019. During the meeting, the 6S+ management system was conveyed and studied, and matters such as the arrangement and deployment of 6S+ promotion work in various sectors in 2019 were discussed.

Chairman Wu Lihua pointed out that in 2018, with the close coordination, unity, forging ahead, and hard work of all employees in various sectors, the enterprise successfully completed all its target tasks as scheduled.

Chairman Wu Lihua required that in 2019, the work policy of "pragmatism and rigor, standardization and efficiency, positivity and enterprising spirit, reform and innovation" should be adhered to. The enterprise should always uphold the spirit of "speed first, quality first, innovation first", follow the work requirements of "active exercise, hard work, and dedicated life", and practice the enterprise purpose of "a school, an army, a family". The motivation and pressure of 2019 should be transmitted to every individual and every post, and the business goals should be implemented on a monthly and daily basis.

Chairman Wu Lihua emphasized that it is necessary to enhance the awareness of reform and innovation, firmly establish the "normalization of the three management systems", adhere to the "three implementations", and do a good job in "one part deployment, nine parts implementation". It is essential to earnestly implement the ten key work goals and requirements for 2019, unify thoughts, unite as one, and align directions. Efforts should be made to achieve new leaps in enterprise development, new improvements in traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, new breakthroughs in single-dose decoction pieces, new growth in formula granules, new achievements in commercial marketing, new goals in industrial branding, and new operating results throughout the year. Work should be carried out around "one transformation, two reductions, three comprehensives, and four enhancements": transforming work style; reducing risks and costs; comprehensively accelerating work, comprehensively demanding results, and comprehensively carrying out exercises; enhancing the market, the team, services, and platforms.

Finally, in-depth exchanges were conducted on five aspects of the enterprise's various sectors, including cultural construction, team building, financial management, project operation, and risk control. The "2019 Annual Target Management Responsibility Letter" was signed with senior management.
