The 2018 Annual Work Summary and 2019 Work Plan Meeting of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical were held in separate sections in the multi-functional conference hall on the 6th floor of the company. 2018 was a year of precipitation and searching for breakthroughs!

Looking back on the just-past 2018, Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical sought growth while maintaining stability, took the initiative to make breakthroughs on the original basis, and searched for breakthrough points.

Chairman Wu Lihua affirmed the achievements made by all sections since 2018 and pointed out that in the new era, everything is changing. Facing the arrival of greater opportunities and challenges, he advised all management cadres that at the new historical turning point, only through innovation and change, and focusing on reform and development, can we continuously draw new vitality.

As a time-honored Chinese characteristic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has a solid folk foundation, and the top-level design benefits the future. The international cooperation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine resources under the "Belt and Road Initiative" continues to explore and make breakthroughs. 2018 was an important preparation year for us to seek new development and break into new markets.

At the market level

With the public's trust and attention to traditional Chinese medicine, as well as changes in health awareness and life concepts, new challenges have been put forward for enterprise operation and marketing models, and new opportunities have been provided for the enterprise's market layout and development.

In 2018, we further promoted the core driving strategy of "intelligent pharmacy, Internet +, management upgrading, service upgrading, and talent upgrading", supplemented by the 2019 work reform strategy of "innovation, acceleration, and efficiency". With new manufacturing as the main line, we will lead the enterprise's manufacturing upgrading; enhance product creativity, improve product diversification and competitiveness; start to establish a high-end scientific research system, and take talent-driven measures for the sustainable development of the enterprise. We will firmly drive the enterprise towards high quality, new development, and modern sustainability with the "5 + 1" core strategy.
