2 competitions, 8 themes, 311 days, 11 months, 2017... 19 members of the first internal training lecturer group walked through it hand in hand...

On the morning of December 23, the 2017 annual evaluation competition of the first internal training lecturer group of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical was held as scheduled in the conference room on the sixth floor. Attending the competition were all senior leaders and employees of the commercial company.

The theme of this evaluation competition was based on the material Gains After Stepping onto the Platform, aiming to make full use of the company's internal intellectual resources, actively cultivate and build an internal training lecturer team, and develop a group of the company's own lecturers. The internal training lecturer group is a learning-oriented organization, and learning is the positive transformation of the soul. After a year of training and exercise, 17 contestants stepped onto the platform with their works, telling stories about the 15cm platform under their feet and sharing their growth and gains.

After fierce competition among the contestants, 8 contestants finally stood out.

Height determines vision, and angle changes concepts. Stay true to the original aspiration, and you will achieve the final goal.

The brilliance of the red sun illuminates the road ahead. They are like young phoenixes, with strong wings striving to fly high, meeting the challenges of the wonderful lecturer path.

At the end of the competition, each judge commented on the contestants. Mentor General Manager Wu reviewed the establishment of the first internal training lecturer group since February 2017, pointing out matters needing attention and putting forward better suggestions, encouraging every lecturer member to make persistent efforts and achieve greater results.

Make progress every day, live better every day, and be better every minute and second than the previous one! This is a kind of self-management, and even more a challenge to oneself! If you don't be crazy, you will get old; if you don't strive, you will lose; if you don't work hard, you will fall behind; if you don't move forward, you will be abandoned. Many times, what we inadvertently lose is not only time, but also countless opportunities, passing by again and again. The 2018 training lecturer group is still on the way.
