The east wind serves well as the messenger of spring warmth, bringing forth blossoms and growth wherever it touches. At the beginning of the new year, everything takes on a new look. On February 5, 2017, Chairman Wu Lihua held a 2017 work deployment meeting for the four business segments in the multi-functional hall on the sixth floor. All members of the four segments—Benefit Pharmaceutical, Benefit Commercial, Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic, and Yilv Medicinal Materials Planting—attended the meeting. The chairman delivered a work report entitled *Strive Forward with Aspirations, Fight for 2017, comprehensively summarizing the achievements of the four enterprises under Benefit in 2016, profoundly analyzing the current situation and challenges faced by Benefit Pharmaceutical, reflecting on the existing problems in the management and business development of the four segments, and putting forward clear time-bound work tasks for each segment in conjunction with the overall work deployment of the headquarters in 2017.

2017 is the year of cultural enhancement for Benefit Pharmaceutical. The company practices the cultural development concept of "a family, a school, an army". All personnel adhere to the work policy of "implementing systems, fulfilling plans, and supervising processes", striving to create a brilliant 2017 for Benefit.

The company will promote key tasks of cultural enhancement around six themes, namely: "planning culture, execution culture, initiative culture, learning culture, dedication culture, and smile culture".
