On November 21, 2015, Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Company held a theme meeting for frontline business supervisors entitled "Strengthening Self-Construction - Setting an Example". 

 "Set off towards happiness. The world is so big, let the wind blow and rain beat, the dream will always arrive. Set off towards happiness, don't be afraid. Happiness is like the bright sunset on the horizon. Come together..." Through a game, the host led all participants to quickly integrate into the theme of the meeting to the sound of the song Set Off Towards Happiness. 

 The meeting combined practical cases with the analysis of the current situation of department management, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions around topics such as "managers are examples for employees" and "employees are a mirror of managers themselves". Before the end of the meeting, the general manager summarized and emphasized that managers must always remember that any organization is an accurate mirror of its manager's views, strength, confidence, worries and shortcomings. We must set a standard for your employees in everything you say and do, and set an example for them to learn from. This is an obligation that no manager can escape. There is no other way. We must always remember that we are role models for employees in our work and lead them at all times.

 After the meeting, all participants organized a green picnic activity on the beach of Maque Bay. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the city and approaching nature, all participants couldn't contain their excitement, recalled the childlike fun of their childhood, showed their skills in the picnic, actively participated, cooperated with each other, and jointly presented a lunch with special significance. Finally, this frontline business theme meeting ended amid everyone's laughter.
