On May 20, 2023, a special festival, Benefit Pharmaceutical presented a special gift to its managers. A half-day training session on "Efficient Execution for Organizational Growth" was organized in the conference room on the 6th floor of the company's administrative complex, with Mr. Zhou Guangfeng, an expert lecturer on sustainable corporate growth from Zhongxu Education, invited as the trainer.

Lecturer Zhou Guangfeng from Zhongxu Education launched this wonderful lecture starting from one of the five directions of enterprise growth: operational management growth dividends.

Mr. Zhou explained through several major aspects such as "three key tools for execution control", "three elements of work results", "three roles often played by managers", and "four major problems in enterprise management". By citing examples that often occur in everyone's work and life, he vividly, accessibly and in-depth elaborated on how to promote enterprise growth by enhancing the growth of managers' teams. This made everyone realize the importance of their own responsibilities in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, while also enjoying a rich feast of knowledge!
