Reading a good book benefits us and helps us grow.

In May, when spring blossoms, on May 23, the Benefit management team, through reading the book "Ability is Cultivated through Action" by Hua Baoli together, gathered in the multi-functional hall on the 6th floor of the administrative building to hold a speech contest on book reviews.

There is no road in the world; it becomes a road when many people walk on it.

The speech contest was hosted by Hu Lizhen, Assistant of the Administrative Headquarters. Under the guidance of the host, the contestants took the stage in order. The passionate speeches of the contestants on the stage were sometimes impassioned and sometimes gentle and moving, causing strong shock and resonance and winning bursts of applause from the audience.

In the speech, the contestants gave wonderful PK speeches focusing on the book "Ability is Cultivated through Action", closely related to their management positions, job responsibilities and own work experience. Some started from their own work experience environment, some took key events in their posts as the focus, some took their growth trajectory as the line, and told their insights after reading the book from small to large. With full enthusiasm and high spirits, the contestants brought spiritual baptism to the audience again and again with their sincere speeches, which benefited people a lot. After fierce competition, the first, second and third prizes were finally selected. Contestant No. 21, Deputy Manager of the Production Department, combined his own work and life experience, and won the highest score in this speech contest with his cadenced tone, passionate emotions and appropriate time, winning the championship.

After the contest, Wu Lihua, Chairman of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical, commented on the speech contest. He said: Having ability but not taking action is zero; having a plan but not executing it is zero; having ability but no responsibility is zero; to improve ability, responsibility comes first.
