Senior executives and all members of the four major sectors under Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical attended the meeting. The commercial sector, through ten years of accumulation and precipitation, has formed a good team atmosphere and institutional norms. He hoped that Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall would seize the golden signboard of being a boutique demonstration site for traditional Chinese medicine health tourism, continue to deepen the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and expand its influence.

In the middle of the meeting, Chairman Wu Lihua focused on three key points: execution, professional knowledge, and marketing status, and put forward specific requirements for each sector. In particular, based on execution, focusing on the four symptoms of non-implementation, non-execution, delay, and lack of time limit, and taking Lenovo's operational effectiveness as a sample, he told everyone to get rid of these undesirable phenomena, step up self-disciplined learning, accelerate the improvement of systems, tackle key issues, and form the Benefit spirit of "quality first, speed first, innovation first" which is "like a net with a main rope, when the main rope is lifted, all the meshes open, and everything is in order". He also required the marketing team to shape a wolf-like culture, pursue the pioneering spirit, and layout new business markets at the fastest speed.

Finally, Chairman Wu Lihua, based on the actual situation of each sector, looked forward to the coming year and emphasized four key work points.
