On the afternoon of February 11, 2018, senior executives and all members of the four sectors – Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yilv Medicinal Materials Planting Co., Ltd., and Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall – gathered at the Overseas Chinese New Century Grand Hotel to hold the 2017 Annual Commendation Ceremony of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical. Wu Lihua, Chairman of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical, attended the event.

To better affirm the fruitful achievements in cultural construction of various sectors under the company and commend a large number of advanced benchmarks and excellent models working in various positions, the company's Board of Directors and General Manager's Office jointly held the commendation ceremony! Eight comrades including Liu Junhui and Fan Feifei won the honorary title of "2017 Excellent Employees of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical"; the Quality Control Department of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won the title of "Excellent Department of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical"; the first internal training lecturer team of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical won the "2017 Most Learning-Oriented Team Award of Benefit Pharmaceutical"; and the Second Marketing Division of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. won the "2017 Cultural Improvement Pioneer Award".

A total of 28 types of models were awarded in this event, including the Excellent Intern Award, Best Newcomer Award, Best Diligence Award, Best Progress Award, Most Executable Award, Excellent Employee, Excellent Supervisor, and Craftsman Spirit Award. Through the main form of reporting personal work deeds, the stories of various models were told to all employees, with more than 50 people commended in total. When the training lecturer team, the most learning-oriented and excellent team of the company, took the stage to receive the award, the audience gave the warmest applause. Ms. Wu Liwei, Executive Director of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. and initiator of the lecturer team, even said: "The emergence of an excellent team is not due to one person's credit. I have also benefited a lot in this team, and we have achieved each other. In life, I also study and exercise with my family. I hope everyone can join the big learning team in 2018."

With positive work and hard struggle, the audience expressed their respect and admiration for the models with warm applause again and again. At the same time, centering on the guiding ideology of "self-disciplined learning, active exercise, and hard work" put forward by the Chairman, three new associations – the Learning Association, the Innovation Association, and the Sports Association – were officially launched, and the company's Chairman issued appointment letters to the heads of the three associations. The establishment of the associations will add impetus to the next step of cultural construction, more actively and deeply implement Chairman Wu Lihua's guiding ideology, and continuously carry out the three key points of "self-disciplined learning, active exercise, and hard work".
