Uphold a spirit, dedicate your whole life to a craft, a career, or a belief. If your heart is fully devoted to your skill, that skill will surely be exquisite; if your heart is fully committed to your duty, that duty will surely be fulfilled!

The 4th lecture group learning and sharing meeting was held as scheduled in the conference room on the third floor on the evening of July 31, 2017, with the theme of "Craftsman Spirit".

A unique opening way kicked off the "Reader" agenda of this learning and sharing session. "Only by enduring hardships can one become a superior person." Qu Jifen brought an excerpt from her book *Suffering is the True Life*, expounding an optimistic attitude towards life. There are two paths in life: one that needs to be walked with the heart, called dreams; the other that needs to be walked with the feet, called reality. Lei Yunjuan read and shared an excerpt from the book *The Path Walked with the Heart is a Dream, the Path Walked with the Feet is Reality*, making us understand that living a life you don't want requires courage, but living the life you want requires not only courage but also ability.

Lecturer Hu Lizhen's explanation of "Shou (uphold)", "Po (break through)", and "Li (transcend)" made us understand the idea of modern "craftsmen" keeping pace with the times. "The humble bamboo has leaves that bow, the proud plum has no flowers that face upward." Zhu Yini, through examples, made us realize how to correctly face criticism, just as Wei Zheng's criticisms contributed to Li Shimin's reputation as a "wise emperor".

Every training session is a learning opportunity. After the training, team members expressed their opinions freely, affirming the training lecturers while also pointing out their shortcomings. How to become an excellent "craftsman" is the theme and purpose of this learning session.

Finally, General Manager Wu commented on this meeting based on the growth process of each participant. The craftsman spirit is not only the continuation of skills but also the inheritance of culture. We should regard work as a kind of practice. On the path of practice, all those who can be learned from are our teachers. We should use wisdom to control our emotions: first handle the mood, then handle the thing. Dedication will make us stand out and realize our self-worth.
