On October 11th, a delegation consisting of Li An, President of Lishui University, Shen Shishan, Vice President, and Lin Zhihua, Dean of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Industry, paid a visit to Benefit Pharmaceutical for research. They were warmly received by Wu Lihua, Chairman of Benefit, Zhang Liyun, Executive President, Du Yujing, Director of Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall, Zhu Meipeng, Director of Production and R&D, and Che Xin, Secretary to the Chairman. The purpose of this research is to explore new paths for university-enterprise cooperation and jointly promote the development of the big health industry.

01 Enterprise Introduction

The research activity kicked off in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture and Technology Exhibition Hall on the second floor of Benefit Pharmaceutical. Hu Lizhen, Administrative Director, gave a detailed introduction to the development of Benefit Pharmaceutical, presenting the current situation of planting and cultivation of Sanqingshan in the Songyang base, as well as the company's R&D achievements in the field of formula granules. Meanwhile, Che Xin, Secretary to the Chairman, also gave a brief introduction to Benefit Pharmaceutical's Big Health Smart Future Factory, enabling Professor Li An to have a more intuitive understanding of the company's development blueprint.

02 Symposium and Exchange

During the symposium, Chairman Wu Lihua emphasized the importance of the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, hospitals, and schools. It is necessary to develop prescriptions with local characteristics for authentic medicinal materials in Lishui, so as to promote the comprehensive utilization of authentic medicinal materials in Lishui. In the subsequent discussion, both parties agreed that Lishui University would take the lead in formulating the prescription of in-hospital preparations, with Sanqingshan as the monarch drug for in-depth research. President Li An stated that the R&D teams of the university and the enterprise would form a research team to work together to promote the application and implementation of scientific research projects.

This research activity not only deepened the cooperative relationship between Lishui University and Benefit Pharmaceutical but also injected new vitality into promoting the development of the big health industry.
