On February 14, 2016, amidst the atmosphere of blooming flowers and crackling firecrackers, we ushered in the first working day after the Spring Festival. All employees from the four divisions of Benefit, full of energy and with smiles on their faces, gathered in the multi-functional hall on the sixth floor at 9 a.m. to hold the 2016 New Year Work Deployment Meeting. Mr. Wu Lihua, the company's chairman, delivered a special training session entitled "The Power of Habits" as part of the "New Year Lecture".

At the beginning of his speech, the chairman posed an ordinary yet thought-provoking question to everyone: "Why do people live?" The on-site employees' answers were basically "for the family, for oneself, for responsibility", etc., which were simple but superficial.
