February 5, 2016, was a particularly joyous day when Benefit grandly held the "2015 Annual Commendation Ceremony". The ceremony consisted of three parts: 1. The Chairman delivered an important year-end speech. 2. The 2015 annual award presentation. 3. The dinner and evening party. All employees from the four sectors of Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall, and Medicinal Materials Planting participated in this ceremony. At 8:45 a.m., the Chairman first delivered an important year-end speech entitled "Success Lies in Action, Victory Stems from Speed" in the company's conference room on the sixth floor. Starting from the domestic and international political and economic environments, he scientifically analyzed the crises and difficulties faced by domestic enterprises, established that our company must take the development path of "standardization, rationality, strength, and branding", and proposed that the company's guiding ideology for 2016 would be themed around "thinking and changing". The Chairman briefly commented on the work of the four sectors (Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall, and Medicinal Materials Planting) in 2015, emphasizing that in 2016, all departments should significantly improve in the aspects of "enhancing work efficiency, having strategic vision, and boosting team combat effectiveness". At 3 p.m., all Benefit staff happily went to the venue of the annual commendation ceremony - Lishui Overseas Chinese New Century Hotel. At this time, the venue was filled with a festive atmosphere, with colorful ribbons, flying balloons, and sparkling crystal lights. As the inspiring and uplifting music played, four hosts appeared in splendid attire, and the 2015 annual award ceremony officially began. Awards such as the Best Newcomer Award, Active Member Award, Excellent Employee Award, Loyal Employee Award, Team Award, and Chairman's Special Commendation were all presented. The company's fair and reasonable evaluations of each award winner were displayed on the on-site big screen. The award winners delivered simple yet warm acceptance speeches.

The most significant award of the year was undoubtedly the "Most Executable Award", which, as expected, was won by the Quality Control Department of the Commercial Company. The Chairman personally took the stage to present the award and commented: 2015 was the year when the company forged its execution. For individuals, execution is the ability to get things done; for teams, execution is combat effectiveness; for enterprises, execution is operational capability. In this year, the Quality Control Department supervised the work of all positions in the company with "fast, firm, and accurate" execution, not only ensuring the smooth flow of processes in all positions and the competitiveness of various businesses in the market but also guaranteeing the company's influence in the industry. We fully affirm and thank their fair and rigorous work.

Every effort is a journey, every award is a beautiful scenery, and every award winner is a landmark in the hearts of Benefit people. After the annual award ceremony, at around 6 p.m., with the orderly seating of employees and guests, we grandly entered the dinner and evening party stage. As the festive and passionate music played, wonderful programs self  and performed by employees were successively presented to everyone. The dinner venue was filled with applause, climaxes, and constant cheers. The evening party also interspersed exciting lucky draw activities, and the winners were all beaming with joy.

The year-end dinner and evening party came to a successful end in a harmonious, warm, and joyful atmosphere filled with laughter and mutual blessings. 2015 has quietly passed, and 2016 has gently arrived.
