At 9:00 on January 30, 2016, with cold air lingering outside the window and a warm atmosphere filling the room, the Pharmaceutical Company held the "2015 Annual Work Summary and 2016 Work Plan" meeting in the conference room on the third floor. The Chairman, General Manager Cao, and all employees of the Pharmaceutical Company attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Lou Lianjun, Director of the Office, and was divided into three stages: 1. Managers of each department delivered reports on "2015 Annual Work Summary and 2016 Work Plan"; 2. General Manager Cao delivered a report on "2015 Annual Work Summary and 2016 Work Plan"; 3. The Chairman delivered an important annual speech. First of all, the managers of each department gave an objective and detailed account of their department's main work in 2015, sincerely analyzed the achievements and existing problems or deficiencies in their work, put forward many reasonable, practical and efficient improvement measures, and formulated scientific and clear goal plans for the work in 2016. General Manager Cao's annual summary started with the video clip "Please be nice to your boss in 2016". 


The employees at the scene were deeply shocked and moved after watching the clip. They gained a new understanding of the hardships, pressures, confusion and responsibilities borne by entrepreneurs (bosses) under the current situation of increasingly fierce industry competition and sluggish market economy, which brought them a silent spiritual baptism. Then, after a comprehensive analysis of the work of each department in 2015, General Manager Cao clearly put forward the plans and requirements for each department in 2016, and earnestly hoped that all employees would emancipate their minds, boost their spirits and fully accomplish the planned goals next year. 


 Finally, the Chairman delivered an important annual speech. He made an in-depth comment on the work of each department of the Pharmaceutical Company in 2015, and required everyone to learn more, observe more and think more in 2016; focus on significantly improving execution, human resources, and GMP software and hardware work; and emphasized that at the turn of the Spring Festival, it is not only a leap in time, but also a brand-new change in the heart. He proposed that Benefit people should have three realms: 1. Be kind to others. 2. Be liked by others. 3. Make others happy. On behalf of the company, the Chairman also expressed his gratitude to all employees of the Pharmaceutical Company for their hard work over the past year, and extended sincere Spring Festival greetings to the employees and their families. 


 The annual summary meeting of the Pharmaceutical Company successfully concluded at 12:20 noon. After the meeting, all employees made up their minds to change their concepts, forge ahead, and strive to comprehensively improve their work skills and qualities in 2016, so as to work hard for a better tomorrow of Benefit.
