From January 16 to 17, 2016, Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. held the 2015 Annual Work Summary and 2016 Work Plan Meeting as scheduled in the multi-functional hall on the sixth floor. Mr. Wu Lihua, Chairman of the company, Ms. Wu Liwei, General Manager, and all senior leaders attended this annual meeting.
On the morning of the 16th, the meeting began with a warm welcome to the new members who joined the company in 2016. Then, an annual promotion ceremony was held for the outstanding backbones in 2015, fully affirming their past work and hoping that they would perform even better in 2016 and influence more employees with their own charm. Finally, led by the General Manager, the Executive Deputy General Manager, Administrative Deputy General Manager, Sales Director and other leaders personally presented their recognition for the past year's work as well as New Year blessings and encouragement to all employees!
From the afternoon of the 16th to the 17th, all middle and senior leaders and business division managers of Benefit Pharmaceutical Commercial Co., Ltd. made detailed reports on their work in 2015, analyzed the past deficiencies, and at the same time formulated comprehensive and detailed plans for the work in 2016. In the General Manager's report *Based on the New Normal, Seeking a New Position*, "two clarifications and two changes" were put forward. It was emphasized that in the major inflection point, we should seek new paths and achieve new development. The key point is that everyone should alert each other, identify problems, clarify directions and implement goals! We should establish the concept of innovation, emphasize responsibility and talk about achievements; enhance the awareness of openness, strive for breakthroughs and produce results; seize opportunities, resolve difficulties and make up for shortcomings.
Everyone also listened to Mr. Wu's feasible suggestions for the work of middle and senior leaders in the coming year. In the work of the coming year, it is necessary to: 1. Make departmental tactics more clear; 2. Make management innovation measures scientific; 3. Clarify the responsible persons and completion time nodes for phased work; 4. Have clear phased goal achievements in learning. It was emphasized that three steps should be taken in management work: deployment, supervision and inspection.
At the end of the conference, the company's Chairman delivered an important speech, putting forward three key words for the Commercial Company in 2016: 1. Thinking; 2. Adjustment; 3. Firmness. He also emphasized that the middle-level leaders of the Commercial Company should achieve three understandings in their future work: "understand the matter, understand the person, and understand how to make the people below become the talents you want to cultivate."
Finally, the Chairman gave a sentence to the middle-level leaders and all employees respectively. He hoped that employees would "always seek people who are more positive than themselves and get close to people who are better than themselves;" and told middle-level leaders that "in one's life, no one will wait for you, no opportunity will stay for you, and success requires speed." Chairman Wu's speech benefited all employees a lot. It is believed that under Chairman Wu's foresight, Benefit will have a more brilliant tomorrow.
