On the evening of December 4, 2015, after the conclusion of the December planning meeting, the company's senior and middle management cadres, accompanied by General Manager Ms. Wu Liwei, visited and studied at the company's Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing Center.
Following in General Manager Wu's footsteps, we arrived at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing Center, where the office area was enveloped in the delicate fragrance of Chinese medicinal herbs. Under the leadership of Yan Bin, the supervisor of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing Center, we visited and studied each link, including prescription receiving, dispensing, soaking, decocting, filling, and delivery. The entire process of the company's dispensing center is digitally managed and built in accordance with modern information standards. Through the information management platform, each prescription generates a unique one-dimensional barcode after being recorded in the prescription receiving room, and the whole process is monitored through this barcode.
In the filling room, we experienced the work of labeling. Although it seemed like a simple task, through personal experience, we found that it requires sufficient care, patience, and constant practice to perform it skillfully and in an orderly manner.
Master Zhang, the outgoing reviewer, strictly scanned and confirmed each prescription after filling. Subsequently, he classified and neatly placed the reviewed and confirmed medicines according to hospitals, clinics, wards, departments, etc.
According to Supervisor Yan, since it was put into operation in July, through four months of continuous adjustment and the efforts of all personnel, along with continuous exploration and technical accumulation based on original experience, and strict process management and control, the concentration of the decoction and other aspects have been unanimously recognized by the majority of long-term patients. The work of the dispensing center may seem simple, but there are many things that need attention. It is an ordinary job, but they persist day after day without complaint, actively devoting themselves to their ordinary posts every day. We praise their dedicated work spirit.
