To further strengthen employees' quality education, enhance their image, and promote the building of team cohesion, the company organized all employees to participate in an outward bound training activity aimed at enhancing team cohesion in Lishan Village, Dagangtou, Liandu District on August 7 and 8.  

The two-day and one-night training could be described as both intense and tiring, but the employees remained full of energy and enthusiasm, devoting themselves wholeheartedly. They showed a good personal image and displayed the fine style of departments, sections (workshops) working together and striving for the first place. 

 The theme of this team cohesion training and outward bound activity was "Openness, Teamwork, Trust, Commitment, Responsibility, Love, Loyalty". The trainers were from Shenzhen Jucheng Co., Ltd., a top domestic enterprise training institution. The entire activity content was closely linked to the theme, with delicate links, a strong rhythm, and inspiring momentum. The most frequently expressed inner feeling of the employees was that "it was unprecedented and they benefited a lot". 

 This training can be said to be a model for employee training and another melodious melody in the construction of corporate culture.
