The sun is warm and sunny in winter, and the breeze blows across my face. On the morning of December 2, the friends of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) organized friends to carry out the activity of "going into the old areas to see the new look", and inspected the development of the great health industry of traditional Chinese medicine in our city. Friends of the club visited three enterprises located in Lishui Economic Development Zone, namely, Sanjiu China Resources Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Benefit Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Weikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., listened to the introduction of relevant enterprise heads, and visited Weikang pharmaceutical Museum of traditional Chinese medicine. While watching and discussing, members of the community felt the rapid and high-quality development and high-level layout of the city's traditional Chinese medicine health industry, saw the working enthusiasm of the vast number of enterprise employees, cadres and the masses, and saw the gratifying scene of the city's wisdom gathering to promote the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine health industry.

Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure of the Chinese nation. Lishui is known as the "natural medicine Park" in Southwest Zhejiang and the "treasure house of medicinal plants in East China". In recent years, the municipal Party committee and the municipal government have attached great importance to it, and the whole city has formed a joint force to promote the inheritance, innovation and development of genuine Chinese medicinal materials. The large-scale health industry of traditional Chinese medicine has blossomed and competed in many places, becoming a strong driving force to boost the common prosperity of old revolutionary base areas. Through the investigation and inspection of the activity of "going into the old areas to see the new look", the community members had a further understanding of the city's TCM health industry, saw new development highlights, and discussed the focus of the next step. We all believe that we should actively give play to the advantageous role of the CPPCC friends' club, boost the high-quality development of the city's TCM health industry in various forms and within our capabilities, so that more people in old areas can enjoy the health dividends brought by the development of the health industry, and make Lishui's reputation as the "hometown of longevity in China" come true. Dingshaoxiong, chairman of the municipal CPPCC friends' Association, put forward requirements for the next step of CPPCC friends' association work.
