This weekend, the first-floor lobby of Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Center (Baiyun Branch) was transformed into a magical "Herbal Paradise"! A group of lovely "Little Li Shizhens" traveled through ancient and modern times here, touching, perceiving and getting to know various wonderful Chinese medicinal herbs with their small hands, completing an interesting TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) enlightenment journey. Now, let's review those wonderful moments full of laughter and discoveries together!

Fun Lecture: TCM Can Be So Interesting!

"Hawthorn looks like little red balls, they help us eat well!"

"Chrysanthemums are sparkling, they make our eyes bright!"

In the fun lecture, TCM physicians took out common Chinese medicinal herbs such as hawthorn, dried tangerine peel, chrysanthemum and wolfberry, and vividly explained their shapes, smells and effects in language that children could understand. It turns out that TCM is not bitter and difficult to understand—they are hidden in our daily lives, acting as good friends guarding our health.

Hands-On Practice: I'm a Little Herbalist

The most exciting session is here! The children transformed into decent "little herbalists" in the blink of an eye. Look at their focused expressions, as if they were possessed by Grandpa Li Shizhen! With the help of parents and staff, everyone successfully grabbed and prepared their own "exclusive tea bags".

Freeze the Most Beautiful Smiles

At the end of the activity, it was the honorary moment exclusively for the "Little Li Shizhens"! Every child who completed the challenge received a honorary prize—gallus gallus domesticus and hawthorn sticks. Holding their self-made tea bags and prizes, everyone took the most brilliant group photo together. Each smiling face drew a perfect end to this wonderful journey.

Conclusion

A blade of grass, a flower, a fruit—all are gifts from nature and the crystallization of TCM culture's wisdom.

We believe that this little seed named "TCM culture" has been quietly sown in the children's hearts through this interesting activity. In the future, let's look forward to it taking root and sprouting, inheriting the profound wisdom of the national essence.

Thank you to every parent and child for your active participation—your smiles are our greatest motivation!

Chuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic will continue to hold more colorful health-themed activities, and we look forward to meeting you again next time!
