     The journey is long with favorable winds, and heavy responsibilities call for renewed efforts. In January 2024, Benefit Pharmaceutical organized and held the 2023 annual work summary and 2024 work plan meeting by sections and groups. Leaders including Wu Lihua, Chairman of Benefit, and Zhang Liyun, Executive President, attended the meeting. With the theme of "Pursuing Development with Efficiency and Diligence, Winning the Future through Intensive Cultivation and Long-term Vision", each section summarized the past,Build consensus on Development, outlined the future, and gathered striving forces. This laid a solid foundation for seizing opportunities in 2024, achieving excellent goals, and making a good start.

01 Annual Summary Report

     At the meeting, heads of various departments, focusing on three aspects: the completion of key work in 2023, work plans and goals for 2024, and existing deficiencies and improvement measures in work, combined with their respective job responsibilities, talked about measures, ideas, and future plans. They conducted in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies existing in themselves and their teams, and clarified the work ideas and goals for 2024.

     At the end of the meeting, Chairman Wu Lihua made a summary speech. First, he affirmed the achievements made in 2023. Despite facing a series of external adverse factors in 2023, such as centralized procurement policies, soaring prices of medicinal materials, and intensified industry competition, with the efforts of all cadres and employees, the company rose against the trend, tapped potential to improve efficiency, and various departments worked together to promote the smooth development of various work, still achieving good operating performance.

02 Chairman's Message

     Looking forward to 2024, Chairman Wu Lihua put forward the vision of "Cultivating Intensively for a Long-term Vision to Create the Future, Forging Ahead with Determination in Our Prime". He proposed to take "Three Excellences and Two Cores" as the strategic concept, build a sustainable development moat with excellent products, excellent services, and excellent talents, and consolidate the foundation of Benefit for a century with "marketing + innovation" as the core.

     The work goal for 2024 is determined asTwo Stabilizations, One Reduction, Three Improvements”.

  1. Two Stabilizations: First, ensure the stability of enterprise benefits and strive for growth; second, stabilize talents, scientifically retain and cultivate talents, ensure the steady growth of the talent echelon, make multi-point efforts, and actively attract talents.

  2. One Reduction: Start from saving energy and reducing consumption bit by bit, with all staff participating in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and everyone competing in innovation and potential tapping.

  3. Three Improvements: First, increase operating income, with profitability as the foundation; second, improve work execution, firmly implement "two fasts and one good" to achieve fast implementation, fast feedback, and good results; third, improve innovation capability, as all growth comes from innovation.

For all employees, Chairman Wu Lihua put forward "Four Zeros, Four Haves, and Four Degrees" to effectively safeguard the long-term development of the enterprise and achieve the win-win vision.

Four Zeros: Zero excuses, zero procrastination, zero rework, zero buck-passing.

Four Haves: Have goals, have plans, have measures, have results.

Four Degrees: Attitude, speed, precision, enthusiasm.


03 Moving Forward with Excellence

     The original aspiration remains steadfast, and the era's answer sheet is constantly renewed. Benefit Pharmaceutical will cling to the development goal of "excellence", produce excellent products, provide excellent services, cultivate excellent talents, take marketing as the king and innovation as the foundation, work diligently, with an upward and excellent attitude, unite as one, gather momentum to break through, work hard to overcome difficulties, set sail, provide more excellent products and services, strive for the company to reach a new level, and submit a high-quality development answer sheet.
