The past year has unfolded a thousand layers of splendor, and the new year will scale a hundred feet higher. To pave the way forward and strive for success in the Year of the Rabbit, Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical organized and held the 2022 Annual Work Summary and 2023 Work Plan Conference by different business sectors and groups.

At the conference, heads of various departments, focusing on three aspects: the completion of key work in 2022, work plan goals for 2023, existing shortcomings in work and improvement measures, combined with their respective job responsibilities, emphasized the progress and achievements made at both team and individual levels. They conducted in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies existing in themselves and their teams, and clarified the work ideas and striving goals for 2023.

At the end of the conference, Chairman Wu Lihua delivered a summary speech. He pointed out that 2022 was the closing year of Benefit's fifth three-year plan. Despite the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, all staff of Benefit united as one, overcame difficulties, and basically completed the goals set at the beginning of 2022. These achievements are the result of the unity, struggle and joint efforts of all Benefit employees.

2023 is the starting year for Benefit to anchor new goals and set sail on a new journey, as well as the first year of the new three-year plan! Regarding how to effectively carry out various work, Chairman Wu Lihua proposed to focus on three aspects:

Focusing on the company's development strategy and positioning, identify one's own position, dare to try, and explore new directions for business development. Transform ways of thinking and seek new growth points through innovative business models. Improve quality and efficiency, and deepen business benchmarking, service benchmarking, and self-benchmarking.

Enhancing the construction of professional talent teams:

With the goal of improving the overall quality and ability level of the professional and technical talent team, continuously optimize management, innovate mechanisms, and motivate and mobilize employees' work enthusiasm and innovative development vitality. At the same time, optimize the talent structure, strengthen the selection, cultivation, employment and retention of talents, so as to promote the all-round development of the company.

Improving system construction and refining work division:

In 2023, we should develop the good habit of "two accelerations and one excellence", ensuring that everything has a response, everything has standards, everything has someone in charge, everything has supervision, and everything has evaluation. In the process of work in 2023, all staff should double their efforts.
