On August 6, Ms. Zhang Yingjie, Vice Chairperson of the Lishui Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a delegation to conduct an in-depth research visit at Benefit Pharmaceuticals. The focus was on exploring innovative approaches to transform the natural endowment of Baishanzu National Park and the technological capabilities of Benefit's Smart Future Factory for Health into new pathways for converting ecological advantages of edible fungi into economic benefits. Particular emphasis was placed on strategies for transitioning the traditional edible fungi industry into new quality productive forces. Symposium and Exchange

       Subsequently, the delegation engaged in a symposium. Ms. Che Xin, Secretary of the Board Office, provided a detailed presentation on Benefit Pharmaceuticals' Smart Future Factory for Health project. Benefit Pharmaceuticals will establish a national 4A-level industrial tourism project, creating a comprehensive tourism ecosystem featuring observability, interactivity, educational value, shopping opportunities, and entertainment. This initiative aims to pioneer new models of "industry + tourism" and explore innovative pathways for industrial tourism restructuring. Furthermore, leveraging Lishui's traditional edible fungi industry, Benefit intends to establish a new quality productive forces platform through an intelligent "transparent factory." By harnessing technological innovation to expand industrial boundaries, the project will promote cross-sector integration in health foods, medical aesthetics, cosmeceuticals, and related fields, thereby leading the transformation and upgrading of the edible fungi industry. This endeavor will position itself as a distinguished emblem of China's edible fungi sector, guiding the industry toward a more prosperous future and emerging as a shining exemplar in the era of Industry 4.0.
