Department Work Reports

First of all, the person in charge of each department made a mid-year work report in turn, comprehensively displaying the work achievements and highlights of the past six months from multiple dimensions. They conducted a comprehensive and in-depth review of the work achievements in the first half of the year. In the past six months, all departments have demonstrated excellent capabilities and unremitting efforts in performance achievement, project promotion, team building and other aspects, injecting strong impetus into the development of Benefit. At the same time, they also frankly analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies, and further clarified the key work and direction of efforts for the next step.

At the end of the meeting, Zhang Liyun, Executive President, arranged the work for the second half of the year, continuing to promote the 2024 key work list and striving to take the business performance to a new level. She emphasized strict control over quality, output, standardization, efficiency and cost. At the same time, strengthen professional and technical capabilities, enhance service quality, pay attention to "6S, cost reduction and efficiency increase", make good use of the "two fasts and one good" management tool, and form an efficient collaborative linkage mechanism.
