To help enterprises better identify and prevent these risks and promote the establishment of the rule of law awareness throughout the group, on July 2nd, Li Wei, Deputy Director of the Legal Department of Benefit Pharmaceutical, conducted a "Training on Corporate Criminal and Contract Compliance" for key employees from the General Department, Finance Department, Quality Department, various business departments, Administrative Headquarters, Procurement Headquarters, and Material Control Headquarters. Through professional guidance, legal risks are avoided and a solid compliance defense is built.

In the training, Deputy Director Li Wei started with the types and constituent elements of common criminal offenses in the process of enterprise operation, combined with judicial practice cases, and deeply explained the criminal legal risk points that enterprises and their staff may touch. He used actual cases to popularize illegal acts related to our work to employees. Through problem thinking, the participation of employees present was fully mobilized, so that everyone could truly understand the law and learn to use the law with cases as a guide. At the same time, combined with real cases, from the whole process of contract drafting, review to execution, he analyzed contract traps and risk prevention and control strategies, improved the team's contract management ability, and ensured the safety of each contract.
